today i have filed 3b my outwords 18714+18714=37428
my inwards is 47219+47219=94438
in my payment of tax coloumn says balance liability 131866 how it's possible
please answer my problem

Something has gone wrong. your output liability has been added to ITC otherwise it should have been subtracted. Contact GST Suvidha Kendra

Where to enter the values in GSTR 3B... I think you enter in wrong columns...
If you are correct then you contact GST help centre and also write to GST for the details and your input output calculation......
