Company is a private company and in AOA its mentioned that the directors of the company shall not be liable to retire by rotation except first director. now my query is original director is a foreign director and there is an alrternate indian director. They are the first director. we have to show retirement and appointment of original director. Do we need to file form 32 since there is reappointment of same director. And do we need to show retirement and reappointment of alternate director? and in same form???
