Hi, i want to know that if a director of the company has given his consent with respect to section 274 (1) (G) of the companies act, 1956 , then whether he has to give his consent in Form 24AA of ROC as well ?? Can one consent do for the second compliance ?? Thanks in advance.

Kindly appreciate form 24AA pertains to disclosure of interest by director u/s 299 of CA 1956.

For 274(1)(g) form DD-A and DD-B were presribed. 

Now both section out by the introduction of CA 2013. Kindly review your query again.
