while filing Form 21, it has been asked to pay the stamp duty..when no stamp duty is asked while filing the same.
In the form , i have mentioned the amount of stamp paper for INC-10 still it is not accepting...
please help???????????

Stamp duty is to be paid on declaration. Attach stamp paper to the form as optional attachment

INC-10 is prepared in Stamp paper of Rs. 50/- only.
Stamp Duty is payable on Declaration and not on INC-10.
Buy a Stamp Paper of the appropriate value in the name of the Company for Declaration. and attach the same.
