One Person Company is a new concept under Companies Act 2013 and the Govt is yet to notify all Sections of the Act besides various Rules and Forms required under the Act. Hence as of now you cannot form a OPC.
The sections governing formation of One Person Company are not notified as of now. The new forms might be released by MCA after those sections are notified. You cannot start registration of One Person Company now.
Thanks a lot. I believe nobody would have idea about exepcted date of notifictaion. Am I right? I am looking forward to start a OPC under section 25
