Form 169 Valuer Registration form under rule 246 and section 518 under IT act 2025

• Valuer registration under Income-tax Act 2025 is governed by Section 514 + Rule 246 (not Section 518)

• Application must be made in Form 169 with ₹10,000 fee

• As of now, portal utility is not active, so

  👉 Physical submission to jurisdictional authority is the practical solution

• Later, once portal goes live, migration to online may be required

Could not raise the challan for the Fee of 10,000/ 

Major Head: 021 (non-corporate)

Minor Head: 500 (other)

This minor head has no suitable options to pay the fee.

Raised many grievances at the CPC and on the Ministry of Administrative Reform portal. Grievances remain unresolved/ resolved but with no solution. If you have any information, kindly share.
