New Tax rules roll out on 1/4/2026. So far valuer registration is done through physical submission of application form N & Document.
So New Form 169 with required FEE can be submitted physically to Concerned CCIT ? as it is not showing online now? or when can be made it avialble online?
Valuer registration under Income-tax Act 2025 is governed by Section 514 + Rule 246 (not Section 518)
Application must be made in Form 169 with ₹10,000 fee
As of now, portal utility is not active, so
👉 Physical submission to jurisdictional authority is the practical solution
Later, once portal goes live, migration to online may be required
