Can a person take his own form 16 details from IT website by registering with his PAN?

A person having Form 16 with right amount of tax deducted for the FY. Does he required to mandatorily file ITR 1 ? Ans: Yes......... because TDS gets deducted when the income is above basic exemption limit.
Ans: No. But he can downloan form 26AS, similar to form 16. |
