My friend has joined M.COM Part-1 from Mumbai University....so whether it is compulsory to fill the Form 112 of the ICAI and if yes then what is the prescribed time limit.....presently he is in CA Final....

Yep if he is not done with the articleship, he need to send FORM112 to ICAI. It is better to send FORM 112 soon rather than to wait upto prescribed limit.
Those are available in our local chapters or u can download from our ICAI.org website.
whether the signature from the university is required....???
