Form 108

hi..

completed my articleship and gave Form 108..however, i received a letter today stating that -

"On scrutiny of the above form/certificate, it has been noticed that the following particulars are found to have been omitted/ not complied with-

1) Other activitesa are pending cannot terminate

To facilitate compliance of Regulations, fresh set of form in triplicate is ecnlosed for necessary compliance and return."

I dont know wat mistake i made..i remember drawing up Year 4 in the table for specifying no. of weeks...Wat to do??
