I am a trainee doctor. I receive a consolidated salary of 22000 per month from my institution and I have a form 16 for that. I also regularly contribute medical content to a website for which I have been receiving payment in USD by cheque (approx 30000 in Rs value per month) which I deposit in my account in India. I have no other sources of income.

1) reconfirm your service agreement first, are you permitted to earn from medical profession other than your institute? as the income is related to your professional skill sharing.
2) above income will go to income from "business and profession"
