As per New Petition Format for the section 17 (2) State change in the company we have to mandatory file form no. 24AAA can we require Petition hard copy and attached enclosoure documents to RD/ROC.

Now the powers have been delegated to Regional Director so the petition filed under form 24AAA is send to RD directly.
No hard copy is to be send.
