Export proof required for IGST refund in GST ?, Which returns shall file on which dates?

gst RFD 01 A to be submitted ONLINE 

then GST RFD 01A and other docs to be submitted manually @ department 

as i visited depatment , they said wait for alteast 3-4 days .
