For avoiding TDS, which form (salary income)

if deductee has interest income and if he wants to avoid the TDS, he give undertaking in form no. 15G or 15H to the deductor.

Similarly if deductee has salary income and he wants to avoid the TDS, then under which form he will have to give undertaking to the deductor????

if he doesnot have investment under section 80C??

if the gross salary is below taxable limit, then the employer will not deduct TDS, if the gross is above taxable limit then sec 80C will reduce the taxability limit,

in case you dont have any such, then TDS can not be avoided,
