Flex printing workers

Dear Friends

The flex printing workers purchased PVC rolls from the Whole seller (including GST of 18%). They workers for the client do some design work and print as they want. They were collected printing and designing charges from the client. Material cost may be around 85% and 15% charges for their work. Please clarify the role of GST and How they will handle this.
