Pvt Ltd Co is formed in the FY 2016-17,in the same FY within 30 days of incorporation Co appointed first auditor and Auditor did not filed ADT-1. For the FY 2017-18 same Auditor is continuing. Whether he needs to file ADT-1? If yes, what is the due date? If no, kindly mention the provision of law.

yes, filled as early as possible from begining in fy 17-18 ADT-1 to ROC
there is no requirement to file adt-1 for appointment of first auditor. he first auditor shall hold office till first agm. in first agm new auditor is to appointed or same shall be re-appointed and form adt 1 shall be filed within 15 days of agm. please refer section 139(6) which starts with nothwithstanding anything contained in 139(1)
If ADT-1 is not filed, while filing AOC-4, one is been asked to enter SRN of ADT-1, what to do in this regard?
Enter Z999999, its a dummy SRN entered this case
