As I have not filed my gst return what is the late payment Amt.. Nd frm which date it will be calculated

Late fee payable by all registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July has been waived [N.N.28/2017–Central Tax, dt. 01.09.2017].
