Final examination

Since you have completed the articleship, I dint think it should be a problem unless, the ICAI says that according to it, the articleship is pending (which i dont think should happen)

you can appear only for november 2013

one who wants to appear for final examination should register with ICAI with in 9 months of examination date and have to get their books

so you can appear only in nov 2013

U are eligible for may 13 exams as ur articleship is compltd and u cleared pcc. I m having same situation last year as of you now. Just you have to file exam.form of may 13 in physical format with certified copies of pcc marksheet along with copy of 108 filled by you. No need to wait for 9 months as no such rule is there for appearing in final ca exam

You are eligible to appear in may. As your training has completed.
