I am completed my articles 06.01.2014, now I am cleared the IPCE examination Nov 2013.
I need to register my ca final course, and When can I eligibe to write the examination May/ June 2014 or Nov 2014

You are eligible for May 2014 but first of all u have to registered for Final course.
and then apply for May'14 exam... Dont wait till geting confirmation from ICAI regarding registration final couse.
