HI, I am giving 2nd group for the first time and have often heard that many people aren't able to complete the cost paper (like accounts ) in the given time...

So people with experience kindly advice whats the main cause of it and how to counter it ?

step 1 for first 15 minutes ------read carefully requirement of all question and set that what is the position of level of paper as hard or easy or average

step 2 -------------then start do according to above set planning

Ya. Its very time consuming. Dont worry. Becoz negative thoughts makes the paper more lengthy. Start solving easy questions first, so tht u can get confidence.
