With due respect, I dont agree with CS Alok Mishra, although the question can be asked from any topic you have to consider relevancy and time & effort requirement and respective mark distribution of each topic while preparation and revision, Say during revision of FR, if you start with Consolidation Chapter, the time required to revise consolidation is equal to the time required to revise chapters other than amalgamation , consolidation and AS, And consolidation comes for 16 marks and the topics mentioned covers atleast 40 marks and hence some topics need to be covered first and can be can be called important in the above sense

Doubly agree. It is easy to say 'Don't disrespect the profession', 'Quit', Give next attempt etc.., Given the volume of the syllabus focus on certain areas is important. Also I am sure that 99.99% of the CA's are not experts in ALL subjects. They excel in some and are so-so in others. There is nothing wrong about that. In fact, only that is a practical approach. Jack of all trades can be a master of none.

Please do not discourage the ones who are asking for guidance and help. Because we know for the fact that the people who mock at the OA aren't Rank Holders or experts themselves.
