I cleared IPCC in may 2011. I would like to know if my Final CA attampt will be in November 2013 or May 2014. Also is there any new rule where after 2 yrs of articleship we can write the final ca exam?

CA Final attempt secures on fulfillment of 2 conditions:

Clearing Grp I of IPCC

Joining articleship
Calculate 3 yrs of Articleship tenure from your joining date. As per institute norms, you are eligible for Final attempt only before 6 months of on paper completion of A'ship.
So whereby if you join A'ship on 16th Aug 2011, it will be over on paper by 15th Aug 2014. 6 months before comes to Feb 2014. But since there are no exams in Feb, your attempt will come in May 2014.
I dont think so we have any notification in this matter where you can write CA Final exams on completion of 2 yrs of A'ship
