Final attempt eligibility for ipcc students

hi..... khusbhu,

                                 According to the ICAI student can attempt for final before 12 months completation of articalship. According to the new rules period of articalship is 3 years so after 2years comletation of  articalship student can attempt for FINAL.

                 U HAVE CLEAR IPCC IN NOV.2011 AND UR ARTICALSHIP HAD STARTED. FOR MAY 2014 ATTEMPT U SHOULD COMPLATE UR ARTICALSHIP FOR 2 YEAR BEFORE 30TH APRIL 2014 AND U WILL COMPLATE IT SO UR FINAL ATTEMPT WILL MAY 2014

YES, it will complete 2 years before april 2014 as its has been started from 23 feb 12 so am i eligible for may 14 na sir ...................................

actually B.P sharma Sir sir talking on the view of the new announcemnet made as on 1st august and 16th august 2012. 
DIRECT ENTRY FOR GRADUATES INTO INTERMEDIATE. 
when their CA-Final attempt will due for graduates under the new scheme if one clears in may 2013 ??
that was i think the question asked by a fellow member khushboo and he just replied to it.

May i know whether any notification is present regards the discussion going on.., i.e, stating that final attempt can be given 2 yrs after the period of articleship........??

No there is not any notification regarding what is actually being discussed here. 
they'r just talking about as when the eligibily would be due for the intermediate students who will clear their may 2013 attempt under the new scheme (direct entry for graduates)

Few more questions..... is it compulsory to complete  nine months of practical  training  (which  include study course for a period of eight months  concurrently  commences from  the  date  of  registration  to the Course).? Means  again existing student need to undergo 8 months study course? After new registeration? What about the exemption which a student has got  in his last few attempts?  Final CA attempt after 2 year or 2.5yrs ? Confusion ...!! Please clarify !
