hey !
in law winding up of company what are the sections applicable for nov 15 ?!?
and is there any change for nov15 law sections?

Section of companies act 1956 is applicable for the NoV 15 attempt..there is no as such change yet..

Regarding November 2015 examinations, students may note that those sections of the Companies Act, 2013, notified on or after 1st October, 2014 till 31st March, 2015, shall also be applicable and students would be informed about the developments through supplementary study paper/ Revisionary test paper for the said examination:
