1. By migrated dealer or
2. By New GST Registration dealer

Trans 1 &2 will be filleed by migrated dealer..

question for taking credit on stock will arise for New registered dealer so TRAN 1-2 need to be filed by New GST registered dealer
while migrated dealer automatically get credit on the basis of file VAT return and Excise return so that Existing migrated dealer no need to file TRAN 1&2
according to my views so please correct me if I am wrong
