Filing of ADT 3 form

I have a query regarding the filing of the ADT-3 Form. Our previous auditor has signed the ADT 3 form via mail. Can we file this in MCA portal with our current CA login or else should it be uploaded by previous CA?

If the previous CA is not filing the ADT-3 form can we file the ADT-1 form?
