r1 file kiya ta nil ka but sirf dash bord par submit dika raha hai,
aur jab mene use file karna chaha to ho nahi pa raha hai
aap data muje kya kar na chahiye

As per my Understanding, you are trying submit GSTR 1 for the month of August, 2017, but you could not. If my understading is correct..
Due date to submit GSTR 1 is not yet notified. We need to wait till then...
