How to file FCGPR Part A for bonus shares As there is no inflow of money? What about KYC from AD? What other documents need to be attached alonghwith the form?

you have to submit fc-gpr part A with certificate of chartered accountant for valuation of price in your authorized AD
since there is not inflow & outflow money for safer side you collect letter from foreign bank in which NRI Shareholder having accounts for more then two to 5 years for KYC NORMS
if NRI shareholder requiest then bank can give the letter ,
submit MOA ,AOA & CS certificate also
