I want interpretation of these terms....whts the diffrnce btween ths two terms...

FCCB( Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds)  and FCEB ( Foreign Currency Exchangeable Bonds):

Both are Issued by Indian Companies,

Both are Foreign Currency Bonds,

Both are issued to foreign investors,

Both are converted In Equity shares on a later Date,

Firtly interest and dividend are payable in forein currency then after conversion in INR...

I want the diffence bteween FCCB & FCEB???

Kya maine Galat Que puchha haii ya fir puchh ne ka tarika galat haii...????

orr sahi haii to fir answer kyu nahii detee????

aapp me se kisi ke pass yeh study related que ka answer dene ke liye time nahii haii...ya fir interested nahii haii....ya fir knowledge nahii haii.????

 

isss Club ko join kiye mere 1.5 years se jyada time hua haii & last 2-3 months se actively participate bhi karta hun .... iss douaran shayad hi 8-10 que puchhe honge orr uus me se sirf 3-4 que ke reply milee haii....

kuchh to comment likho yarrr....

 

kabhi kabhi lagata haii ki " i m wasting my time to upload and share something at here"  after all i m human being, i have also some expectation of return....

Soooorry if i hurted anybdy and plzz don't take it personally, i can not force anybdy at here....this is the platform for sharing knowledge mutually....

FCEB-------------> It can be converted into or exchanged for the shares of a group company.

 

FCCB-------------> It can only be converted into shares of the issuing company.
