If a company making telephone exps by taking conference facility from a conference service provider,will this exps be liable for FBT under FBT on Telephone?

Hi Rajeev,
Nopes it shall not be liable to TDS u/s 194J as it does not fall under Proff/tecnh services. refer to case skycell ltd.
FBT is applicable on all telephone bills and mobile bills apart from leased telephine lines
though telephone exps are covered for FBT Purpose, but with effect from F.Y. 2009-10, FBT is abolised.
