Sir how to take over my fathers proprietorship firm & his current stock and can I generate 5 days old dated invoice ewaybill on current date ....and can I make new invoices till I take over his firm please advise

Nobody have perfect answers already asked 2 big CA firms...some say u can work for 10-20 days till u get all documents then u can transfer GST itc some say don't issue any invoices after death date ...kindly help me out
you can revise the invoice later so ,first u take new registration under gst with your PAN and fill prescribe form for transferring itc an all. and you can revise invoice.
