Hello everyone, i needed a little help regarding shutting a pvt. ltd. company down. but the case is that it has not conducted any board meeting and will not be conducting any in future but according to the circular of (FTE). It is required to submit a copy of board resolution along with audited balance sheet of the company. I do not have either of them.. Please if anyone could help... thanks in advance
