Faq on cs training

Is claiming of partial exemption ( from 12 months of training) allowed even though you have worked in any company in the position of executive for 3 years ??

This query came to my mind becoz as far as the training goes it is mentioned in the FAQ that it has to be in a company and PCS registered for imparting training. But in case of claiminmg exemption, serving as a executive for more than 3 years in  any small or medium company's having 25 lakhs plus capital even though not registered with ICSI allowed ??
