HI frnds,

i had posted the below topic earlier.. but their ws no comment on this.. this is FAQ asked by client during audit hours.. and discussion on this wil helpful 2 all.. hope positive response

share your views, "whether a assesee shud go for (P) LTD or firm.. what are the core aspects which one shud consider b4 selectin.. (e.g to raise finance one shud go 4 (P) LTD on the other hand their will DDT on profits).. comment on merit & demerit of both types of business...
