Hey Bhargav, this Mr.Fake thinks himself too smart but actually he is not. This person has created another fake account in the name of Jyoti Rani to target me- /profile.asp?member_id=1010800#.US56cuSBmX8 (This account has been created today itself)

 

Just check this post from this fake id to defame my image at CCI - /forum/pervert-member--241019.asp#.US56YeSBmX8

You are right Suraj sir but this person has to be taught a permanent lesson now. Today its me, tomorrow it can be anyone. And the way he called me "pervert" at this public forum is not at all tolerable. I am going to take revenge now. The person behind this activity is not aware of the Information Technology Act,2000. And i am quite serious about this thing now and am going to lodge a complaint against this person with the Cyber Crime Department. He is not aware of the fact that how seriously these issues are handled by the police. This person shall be booked under section66A of the Information Technology Act and also under various sections of IPC for crimes like online bullying, creating fake profile in identity of some other real person, insulting someone on internet, and above all the hate speech/comments against some caste etc. All this activity might be a joke for this person but he doesn't know how serious offence are the crimes he is committing. He can be imprisoned for minimum 2to5years and fine upto Rs.1lakh. And it's very simple to track the actual identity of this person through his IP addresses. Good luck Mr.Fake.

 That's really a great suggestion Suraj Sir. A person can easily create multiple e-mail id's but I guess it will be not so possible for the person to get new numbers for every new cci id unless he is some serious pschopath.
