My Question is after GST aplicable is there any type of form (i.e: C, F, H, 402 & 403 ) required or not ?

Not requered in GST platform.........
no , but you have to collect all these applicable form as applicable in existing law before July 01, because u have to mention serial no of sale made on these form under existing law in GST
