F.B.T. Percentage on Travelling Expense

Dear All,

What percentage of total travelling expense(Ticket Charges + Lodging & Boarding) is chargeable for F.B.T. for A.Y. 2009-10?

For the travelling FBT % is 5% ( Including foreign travel) whereas in case of Boarding and lodging, it comes under clause G of section 115WB, hence it attracts 20% FBT.

However if the assesse is engaged in the business of manufacture or production of software or engaged in the business of carriage of passengers or goods by aircarft etc... the rate of chargability is 5%.
