sec 167 (1) (f) of The Companies Act, 2013
The office of a director shall become vacant when he is convicted by a court and sentenced inrespect thereof to imprisonment for not less than 6 months.
IN my opinion; Till he vacates the office of the Director, he may perform the duties of director
