you can apply for refund on GSTN portal
If you made export with payment of IGST then the amount of igst will be automatically credited to your account.
Haanji , yha Auto Credit hoyega , sirf apni GSTR 1, aur 3b properly file karne ke Baad , yeh Apne aap hi aap key account main credit hoyega
yes u can take refund on it by filing proper returns and declaration from ur party that the dont claim any itc on that....
