Hello sir....

one of my client make a export without payment of tax

so now i enter the details regarding exports in GSTR-1 under table no. 6A-export invoices

but i have issues is when i choose the payment method is "without payment of tax " bcoz there's not paid any tax.... but the table 6A is not save.... without entered item details like rate and taxble valu etc
i don't know about exports invoice in table 6A how to entered when i have without payment of tax invoices

plz help me..

you can claim the refund as per section 18 of IGST Act 2017, read with section 56 of the CGST Act 2017 by filing form GST RFD 01 and by executing Letter of undertaking

When one have filed the Lut then no need to charge IGST , moreover in case of Export , refund is auto credit , once you filed your GSTR 1,

But once u have selected the option WithOut payment Of Tax (Lut filed) Not Matter,.. Even though it ask to fill tax rate & tax

So save the invoice by putting tax rate & tax

yes if you select the option WithOut Payment Of Tax , below under rate when you put the Taxable Value it does not show the tax value So plz go ahead & file the return I
