Export sales
In case of export sales under LUT ,whether purchases are liable for which rate?there is rate of .1% on purchases? can we claim refund of these purchases ITC?

Wr are exporters and do not charge any tax on sales due to LUT option .on our purchases our suppliers charges .1% can we claim refund of this .1%ITC refund?
