hi friends,
one of my friend is giving some ONLINE consultancy to Foreign citizens thru Internet. He is receiving money thru PAYPAL, but when he is transferring money to his account in India, he is receiving short money after deductions of few taxes.
Does any body have any idea whether he can receive full money without any deductions ? he is IT professional....and giving some consultancy thru Internet .

please inform percentage rate of tax deducted
According the tax rate at which it is deducted, it can be determined that Indian taxes have been deducted or other country's tax has been deducted.
