I had filed Form 1A for change of name of an existing private limited company on 22/02/2013. I received approval for availabilty of name on 05/03/2013.
Subsequently, I filed all Form 23 for change in object clause as well
I made the mistake of waiting for the approval of Form 23 before filing 1B. As a result, the name availability elapsed.
My query is:-
1. Should I file a new 1A with the same details as per the old 1A or use the "Re-submission" option available in MCA21
2. If I have to file a new 1A, should I also file the Form23 again.
