Exemption u/s 80DDB
whether any special/prescribed certificate required from treating Doctor/Hospital to claim exemption under 80DDB .

It is better to get a certificate from the specialist doctor as per the format. at the time of filing it is not compulsory but any time assessing officer can ask for it.
