Exemption from it training

Any exemption is there for students who have computer certificate for not doing it training.. Plz reply as soon as possible...

NO IT TRAINING IS MANDATORY . NO EXEMPTION IS THERE WATSOEVER EVEN IF U HAVE VARIOUS COMPUTER TRAINING CERTIFICATES

I have heard that it training is compulsory...and that before the results of the intermediate (ipc) exam
