if a person has 3 years of experience in a partnership firm will it be counted under exemption for 15 months training in CS.

will you get exemption from 3 years articleship if u had worked in Partnership firm of CS for 3 years? then why to expec the same from ICSI?
but exemption is allowed if he has the same experience in a company?
