For getting exemption in any subject there is any requirements to get minimum marks in rest of the subject.

Yes.Nominee director appointment is subject to articles.
There is no minimum marks requirement. But, condition is u have to attend all subjects in that particular group.
No shradhdha there is no such requirements

Unlike that of CS Exams where minimum marks in each subject is 25, CA exams have no such criteria.
However once you have an exemption in a group you will not be eligible for another exemption in the same group(even if you score above 60)
Reason is: For getting an exemption, you have to appear in all the papers of the group.
