No............. u are not eligible for any further exemption's in the 1st group until the exemption period expires.

Comeon Dont lose hope, as per the comments the paper was tough so checking will be liberal. Focus on the Law and Audit Papers, if you score well in these papers, you will be surely able to clear the Group. 

Thats ICAI , when you are expecting 70 they will give you 50 and when you are expecting 30, they will give you 45
