One of my frnd got exemption in accounting on her Nov 2009 attempt..she gave attempt in May 2010,Nov 2010..but failed..can she claim exemption in accounts in her MAy 2011 attempt?

yes she can claim such exemption in this may11 attempt also but remember this is last attempt for such exemption bcoz an exemption is valid for only 3 attempts......
