I am in a manufacturing company. We havn't yet applied for excise registration as not liable yet for the same. We are procuring cap goods and inputs paying excise on the same.
Can we avail cenvat of the same?
Is there any time limit for applying for regiatration in my case.
unless you are not registered, you can not avail credit. If your domestic sales crosses Rs 1.50 crore per year, than you have to mandatory take excise registration.
