We are newly form Propritorship company operating from Thane deals in Trading of Textile Chemicals... We are now want to import Textile Chemicals from Korea and Europe and sell the same in Domestic market.. Please let me know we need to register for Excise ???
In case no, how we will pass on CENVAT (CVD) to our buyer ???
How we can get refund for Spl CVD???

Dear Manish
If the dealer wants to pass the credits of CVD+Spl CVD+Ec+SHEc the the dealer have to mandatorarily register as First stage dealer. Spl CVD can only be refunded if Spl CVD credit is not pass onto customer( which should be specifically mentioned in Invoice)
